By using Bright & Bubbly Learning’s website and booking our lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Our Services
- We provide online, 1-on-1 English lessons for children, teens, and adults.
- All lessons are conducted via secure video platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Lessons are tailored to the student’s age, level, and learning goals.
2. Lesson Booking & Payments
- All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
- Lesson fees are clearly displayed on our website and may change at any time, but never retroactively on lessons already paid for.
3. Free Trial Lessons
- We offer one free 30-minute lesson per new student.
- Free lessons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Lessons may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson will count as a completed lesson.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Bundle refunds will be calculated based on unused lessons.
6. Student Responsibilities
- Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.
- Students are expected to join lessons on time. Late arrivals reduce lesson time.
7. Teacher Assignment
- While we aim to keep students with the same teacher, Bright & Bubbly Learning reserves the right to assign qualified substitute teachers as needed.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior is required from both students and teachers.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in lessons being terminated without refund.
9. Privacy & Data
- We respect your privacy. Personal data is only used for bookings and communication.
