Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Lessons can be rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations within 4 hours of the lesson will count as a completed lesson.
  • No-shows (students who do not attend) are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for lessons canceled at least 4 hours in advance.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Bundled lesson refunds are calculated based on the number of unused lessons.

3. Free Lessons

  • Free trial lessons are not eligible for refunds or cash exchange.

4. Technical Issues

  • If a lesson is interrupted due to teacher or platform issues, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
  • If technical issues are on the student’s side (internet/device problems), the lesson may be shortened but not refunded.
